New Year

Our new year was lovely, Mike, Greyson, and I spent the evening at the Crown's house with new baby Veronica. I got to have a few drinks as soon as we got there (while G was sleeping off the effects of the car ride). It was nice to be social for a change, but I don't think we'll be partying with Grey very often. He's very needy in the late evening, so once he woke up I was not able to enjoy the party as much. We came home and were asleep by 2am, then Grey woke up at 8 and I brought him in bed with us for a little New Year treat, where the whole family slept until noon! On New Year's Day, we watched football and had some visitors come to meet Grey for the first time. Today it's cold out (only in the 40's!) so we're staying inside in our pajamas. We have a big week planned, doctor tomorrow and to Mom's work on Friday to meet everyone. Oops, baby's awake, time to go feed him...
